# 1. The launch of the Mac M1
Apple surprised the world this year by launching its own computer processors. And for the first time, the Apple has struck a big blow as the Mac M1 are among the most powerful computers available on the market today.
Manufactured on the basis of the ARM architecture, the Mac M1 have managed to bite the dust in processors that are yet very highly rated technically. So, they beat chips like the Intel Core i9. Among others.
This launch buries the collaboration between Intel and Apple. The Apple having decided to focus now on its own logical computing solutions.
# 2. Electric cars are the future
If proof was still needed to confirm the rise of zero-emission cars, 2020 will have been the year of the consecration of EVs.
Several manufacturers have entered the race and the market, including Volkswagen among others, to name only German. Or BMW, Mercedes, Renault and even its low-cost subsidiary Dacia which presented the cheapest European-made electric vehicle on the market. This is the Spring. Even Amazon, through its subsidiary Zoox, has entered the EV market.
